Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the design and construction of the M11 Junction 7a highways scheme. The proposed M11 J7a works will comprise of a grade-separated junction (GSJ) connected by a new overbridge, new entry/exit slip roads to the M11.
