SCC DW Linden Farm

Our intention is for Linden Farm to deliver best practice in supported living for adults with complex autism who need more than average outdoor space, and who may also have behaviour support needs. The people identified for the scheme are likely to have learning disabilities, although for some people their difficulty with communication makes this unclear.
