Open Framework for Emergency Accommodation

North Somerset Council are looking for suppliers to join an Open Framework to provide Emergency Accommodation, this will support Homeless Households in North Somerset. This Open Framework will run like a pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System, in that it will remain open for the full 4 year term for suppliers to join.
