Delivery Partner for Graduate Recruitment

The objective is to undertake effective advertising, search, selection and candidate management processes to recruit minimum 6 Graduates for Ofwat's Graduate Development Programme. There are 2 distinct streams within the Programme - Generalists and Economists. The former are located within the Strategy & Policy or Casework pools and the latter within the Analytics pool (the split being 50:50 Generalists and Economists).
