Provision of retrospective direct award

As the Government moves into Phase 2 of the crisis, departments must urgently prepare their longer-term response, including integrated, scenario-based planning to the end of the year. Departments will continue to need assurance and support to do so at pace, whilst ministers, strategists and policy-makers will continue to need cross-cutting analysis of delivery.
