Market consultation - Respite room accommodation service

Portsmouth City Council is planning to tender a new contract for its Respite Room Accommodation Service, the provision of supported temporary accommodation for women at risk of domestic abuse, rape or sexual assault, sex workers, victims of exploitation or violence; and who are sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping.
