The purpose of the event is to: • Engage with the Contractor market prior to any procurement activity. The Council is seeking to tender to appoint a Contractor to work on a housing scheme of 9 properties. The new homes will be built to an energy efficient specification, will be wholly electric and have been designed to respond to the Council's Zero 40/45 Strategy and Climate Emergency Declaration.
