Average Speed Camera System for A10 Hertfordshire

There is a current issue regarding anti-social behaviour/driving on the A10 dual carriageway, northbound, between the Brookfield Shopping Centre and the Hoddesdon junctions. Unofficial race meets are planned on social networks on this stretch of road causing threats to road safety and excessive noise disturbance to local residents.
