'The Project comprises the redevelopment of an existing Local Authority Care Home. The works comprise the construction of a 22 place extension in three blocks to the existing 44 places and refurbishment of 16 existing non en-suite rooms to create 10 en-suite rooms giving a 60 place unit overall, each with en-suite bathrooms.
