Supported Living Scheme - Moulsham Lodge

Essex County Council is seeking a provider to deliver care and support for the Moulsham Lodge supported living scheme at Waltham Glen, Chelmsford. The support will be for up to 7 individuals with low to moderate levels of need associated with learning disabilities, autism or acquired brain injuries.
