CCS is issuing this corrigendum to clarify that, whilst the framework is not intended to provide the main sourcing routes for new hospitals within the New Hospital Programme (NHP), for the avoidance of doubt, NHP does reserve the right to use it. This reserved right was stated in the PIN.
