CITB, the Industry Training Board for the construction industry is seeking to commission a contractor to deliver research on employee retention in the construction sector and workforce flows into and out of the sector. Furthermore, CITB want to understand the volume and characteristics of cohorts/groups of workers in the construction and quantify who are more at risk of leaving the sector.
