Installation of new bridge

Woodbridge Town Council are seeking a contractor to install a pedestrian footbridge 3.5m long and 2.5m wide. Additional information: Woodbridge Town Council are seeking a new bridge to replace the old bridge as shown in the attached photo, which was removed last year due to safety issues. We would like to see the new bridge constructed out of wood/ concrete or metal, with hand rails on either side.
