Scope of the Project The Council seek to commission a service which will provide Short Breaks for disabled children and young people. Therefore, the Council are seeking to commission a wide range of Short Breaks provisions of play schemes/holiday schemes, clubs and activities for children and young people with a disability and/or additional needs, including those with more complex needs.
