Wigan Council: Establishment of a framework for the provision of Building and Associated Works up to a value of £250,000

Wigan Council intends to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework covering Building and Associated works. The framework will consist of 2 lots. Lot 1 will have a value of up to £100,000 and lot 2 will have a value of from £100,000 to £250,000. The scope of works within this framework is Building and Associated works.
