GB-Southwold: Southwold Enterprise Hub - EA QS

Southwold Town Council are looking to procure Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services for the delivery of Southwold Enterprise Hub at their site at the junction of Station Road and Blyth Road (the site). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
