Integrated Mental Health Network

Project for a Wellbeing Network that forms a key part of Hackney's mental health service provision, which would be available to City and Hackney residents. The Wellbeing Network will help people to build resilience and prevent the onset of mental health problems and alleviate issues such as low mood, stress and anxiety.
