ITEP0875 - Tools for the Technology Operational (TTOC) Technical Consultancy & Support This requirement is to provide specialist support services (to support the Service Operations New Operating Model post TTOC) that are not available in-house. The key drivers for this contract include handing over and increasing the capability of teams within National Highways to take on greater responsibility, to enable a reduced reliance on the supplier and build capability within the organisation.
