Surrey County Council (the Council) are issuing this invitation to establish a 3 year Select List for the construction and alteration to vehicle crossovers in Surrey (Works). A number of Contractors will be appointed to each lot for the framework agreement and call off contracts/ purchase orders will be issued for the work required.
