Independent Complaints Investigators

Sheffield City Council wishes to appoint a number of Independent Investigators to undertake complaints in the area of Social Care. It is expected that the agreement will be for a 3-year period. Successful providers will be placed on a framework via which call off contracts will be made. There will be no guarantee for any level of business placed with organisations.
