Mechanical and Electrical Services

SQ Stage. The M&E Services contract will provide a range of planned and reactive Mechanical & Electrical services including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, BMS, HVAC, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, lift maintenance, all risk assessments and remedial works. The contract will be for an initial period of 3.5 years, with the option to extend a further 2 years (1+1 year) giving a total contract duration of 5.5 years.
