Building Repairs and Maintenance and Minor Works Contract

1. OUTLINE REQUIREMENT To undertake repairs and maintenance and minor works at the direction of the Council under a measured term contract. The service to be provided is described in four categories: A - Reactive maintenance and repair according to a priority assigned by the Council B - Planned maintenance up to a maximum value of £10,000 per order, (subject to quotation and demonstration of Best Value).
