Domiciliary Care Services - dynamic purchasing system

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting requests to participate from suitably qualified suppliers to be admitted to a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to provide domiciliary care services, ordinarily in Portsmouth but occasionally in the surrounding area.
