A single source approval is required for upgrading the AV&R cell currently located in Factory 2050.

Upgrades on the existing robotic inspection system (AV&R cell) such as: PC upgrade, gripper replacement, new ring light, installation by AV&R engineers, Owl vision software licence update. AV&R is the only supplier that can perform these upgrades as the cell was designed by them. AMRC is also receiving a 25,000 CAD discount (Tier 2 member in-kind discount).
