COV - Supply, Planting, Maintenance & Watering of Seasonal Bedding, Containers & Floral Features

The Council is looking for one supplier to provide it with seasonal bedding, containers and floral features throughout the year including planting and maintenance. This contract also covers watering the Councils floral features. This will be a sole supplier framework and there is no guarantee of value of spend or volume of work through this arrangement.
