Self Assessment Care Act - Request for Information

Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest across the digital and software industry regards to online Care Act self-assessments. This will enable residents of Cornwall to start and lead an assessment of their own social care needs and to establish eligibility as defined by the Care Act 2014.
