Time to Change Hub Co-ordination Function

National campaigning organisation Time to Change has approved Buckinghamshire's application to set up an Organic Hub. Organic Hubs are supported by Time to Change with training and materials, but not with funding. Funding for the Buckinghamshire Hub is from Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC).
