Heat Mapping and Masterplanning

This contract is to identify opportunities for heat networks across Cherwell. 2.2 This is to include a high-level heat mapping and energy masterplan study of the whole district, with a more detailed study looking at the most promising opportunities. 2.3 The result of the high level study of the entire district will be used to identify the area for the more detailed focus.
