New Skate Park, BMX, Scooter and Parkour Facility

St Cleer Parish Council is seeking to develop a new skate park with provision for BMX, scooters and parkour. This facility needs to provide a play space that is stimulating, exciting and fit for purpose which will give the children and young adults an area they can call their own, providing a sense of ownership to the area.
