The tender is to run aspects of the business development for the Twinkle Space Mission; the work is funded via UCL by a European Research Council (ERC) Proof of Concept (PoC) grant “ExoData”. The core concept of ExoData is to implement a business model that places astrophysics space research on a more commercial footing.
