Electrical Testing & Maintenance Term Contract

This Term Contract covers the the electrical testing, maintenance and repairs, works of upgrade and the rewiring of electrical installations to domestic properties in Tendring District Council's housing stock for Area 1 (North) and Area (2). One Contractor to be selected for each Area and no one Contractor shall be awarded both Areas.
