'CMAL requires provision of a leased networked digital CCTV service to be installed at 25 CMAL harbour locations located on the Clyde, West Coast and islands of Scotland, available 24/7, 365 days a year to enable data access by local port operations staff and remote access by other authorised users to monitor the safety and movement of people, vehicles and vessels while assisting in the general security of the CMAL Harbours.
