'The provision of Carpentry services for the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales, covering multiple locations within the Force area. All contracted carpentry staff must be qualified to Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent (e.g. NVQ, SVQ, IVQ, BTEC). The service shall be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
