Current status / Background The land has been used as a horticultural centre for many years, the existing greenhouses and ancillary buildings have been removed, leaving slightly contaminated land on which can be built, but not disturbed. The groundworks redevelopment of this area will enable the cemetery to continue to offer burial provision for its residents and extend the life of the cemetery where there are pressures on space availability.
