TVCA-PROC-0246 Lingfield Point Bus Service

Working in co-ordination with Darlington Borough Council, Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) would like to support a bus service extension providing coverage to Lingfield Point, Darlington, also improving frequency through Allington Way/Depot/EE to better align to shift times.
