Locum Educational Psychologists for statutory education health and care

Lewisham EP Service has developed a short-term and a longer term recruitment and retension strategy to increase permanent staff, sustain the establishment of EPs, and so reduce the reliance on agency (locum) EPs. In academic year 2023-24 the EP Service was carrying 6FTE vacancies and 1.5FTE maternity leave. A recruitment drive in early autumn 2023 has secured 3.5FTE new staff for September 2024.
