'The projects let under the Framework Agreement may be of a Construct Only or a Design and Construct nature with regards to demolition, development, refurbishment or re-modelling of existing properties owned and/or used by the framework users, new build projects or a combination of all these aspects inclusive of any external work associated with these projects.
