Crawley Borough Council invites bids for the provision of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicles Fitness Inspections. The Council licences approximately 750 vehicles, and each vehicle is required to have undertaken a Certificate of Compliance once per annum if under 4 years old, twice per annum if older than 4 years, and as required following the repair of a vehicle after a collision resulting in damage which affects the use, appearance or mechanics of the vehicle.
