CF - HES framework for the provision & supply of Waste Management service to schools

This requirement is for a new Havering Education Brokerage framework agreement for waste management services which is expected to be used primarily by education establishments in Havering which are listed in Attachment 1 Current Brokerage School List (subject to change) to be able to draw upon the services agreed and stipulated.
