Kirklees Council wish to commission a Dementia Information and Advice Service (DIAS) which delivers and develops: • Dementia Friendly Communities - pre-diagnosis • Information and Advice - post-diagnosis The DIAS will work to raise awareness and understanding within communities in Kirklees pre diagnosis, signposting onto the diagnosis pathway where appropriate; and will offer all individuals being diagnosed with dementia access to a set of information and advice sessions.
