Clearance and redesign

A former commercial nursery of about .89 acres needs to be cleared of weed membrane, brambles, and other substantial overgrowth. Level and seed. Certain trees and vegetation will be retained and incorporated into a community area that will form about half of the site - but we need to be guided on what is worth keeping and what isnt.
