'RMP soldiers commencing Phase 2 Trade Training at the Defence College of Policing and Guarding at Southwick Park are enrolled onto an apprenticeship in Policing. Delivery commences during Phase 2 training and continues into Field Army service in accordance with the RMP Whole Life Development Strategy.
