Queenborough & Rushenden – Twyford Demolition and Enabling Works

Queenborough and Rushenden is a major development site within the HCA’s Economic Assets Programme and a key component of the Kent and Medway Stewardship Plan. The HCA have also acquired the Klondyke site, and together with the Twyfords site represents a total of 20 hectares to be brought forward for mixed-use regeneration.
