Resin bound gravel feature: remedial works

West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from firms with expertise in the laying of resin bound gravel surfaces, in advance of requesting quotations for remedial works to the 'Flaxton Rainbow', Skelmersdale, Lancashire WN8 6PE.
