Vivid invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver for VIVID's planned and responsive leaseholder and general needs roofing and walkways programme. Currently the roofing and walkway programme is being delivered by an external contractor, including a small element of minor repair works assisted by VIVID's in house team.
