Support to develop the Y&NYCA Housing Capabilities

The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (The CA) was created in January 2024 and elected its first Mayor in May 2024. Implementation of the devolution deal is now underway, and we are seeking to bring external support into the Combined Authority to develop and accelerate our housing ambitions, pending recruitment of key posts.
