VIVID - Void Property Cleaning

VIVID have several contractors carrying out our void property cleaning. Since the merger under which VIVID was created it was decided that we would consolidate the contracts in-line with our new operational area. These agreements will automatically terminate upon completion of the Procurement process and we hope to award the new contract/s ready for commencement in January 2019. VIVID employees carry out the repair & maintenance work to these properties, the contractor's will be cleaning the property post any works...
