PRIMARY CONTRACTING & ROCHFORD ROAD - PORTSMOUTH AREA FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Portsmouth City Council (the 'Employer') is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the delivery of project works on a Primary Contractor basis. The contract value of individual projects let via the agreement will typically range from approximately £100k to £1.5M, however to provide for flexibility there will be no binding upper or lower limit.
