Procurement of Planned and Reactive Building Services

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor, or contractors, to provide planned and reactive building maintenance services to a number of properties within its portfolio. The contract will initially provide services to three 'Extra Care' residential villages and and six sheltered housing properties.
