PAN2410 - Ashton Green - Procurement of a site wide Green Infrastructure Management Company

Leicester City Council (the Authority) is seeking to procure the services of a green spaces management company (the Supplier) for a large scale housing led mixed use development opportunity up of to 3 000 homes to the north of the City. The Authority as principal landowner, promoter and master developer will require the Supplier to take land ownership of future green spaces, to manage and maintenance the land of behalf of future residents in perpetuity.
